Team Up for Success


5Nova welcomes applications to partner with sole proprietors and organizations who desire to focus on their core competencies while maximizing their return on investment for each client project delivered. If you or your firm is a specialist who dominates in one area of the web presence spectrum, but is forced to position yourself as a one-stop shop, you may be a candidate. In particular, we seek partner applicants who meet the minimum requirements of:


  • 3+ years of experience in web site/web app/mobile development, graphic design, search engine optimization or online marketing.
  • Proven, documented track record of successfully delivered web projects.
  • Entity operates in a growing industry where entity can achieve sustained profitable growth at rates above 5% per annum.
  • Established practice with net Income 5% or (preferably) higher.
  • A market leader (top 10) within a well-defined niche, but less than 10% market share in the broader market.
  • A differentiated value proposition.
  • Opportunity to increase value through strategic improvements, resource expansion, strengthening of management, or increase in corporate activity including acquisitions.

How to Apply


If you believe you or your firm meets our criteria and strategy, please submit a partner application and proposed partnership summary. We review all submissions, but due to the volume of received applications, we only respond to those we believe are the best fit for the program with the greatest potential to benefit.


Your proposed partnership summary should explain the following as concisely as possible:


  • Business purpose and strategy.
  • Core competency skills and accolades.
  • Target customer and market.
  • Product/Service value proposition and unit economics.
  • Competitors and competitive advantage.
  • Management team overview.
  • Summary financial plan and sales pipeline.
  • History and ownership structure.
  • Partnership efficiencies sought.
